WHO IS THE FOUNDER?

Kate Duncan is a Leadership Consultant whose specialty is helping organizations, large and small, increase productivity. Her goal is to develop leaders and teams to listen and collaborate for trust to maximize team talent.
Kate has more than 15 years experience developing and coaching thousands of people from Fortune 500 companies. Hands-on experience has given her a clear perspective on unintentional yet widespread waste of time and resources prevalent in uncertainty and change.
What she found most encouraging is everyone’s desire to connect and contribute. On the other hand, Kate found people become inefficient and ineffective when faced with uncertainty brought about by change. In spite of best intentions, unless people know how to navigate and embrace change, those intentions give way to costly and unproductive thinking, speaking and actions.
To help clients realize their goals, Kate has developed many courses to address leadership, teaming, communication and performance management. These courses were the catalyst for her desire to help leaders and teams create a culture of trust and collaboration.
Prior to starting her own company, Kate had a great 24-year career at IBM. Positions at IBM included: sales and marketing plus people and program management in many industries. Additionally, she managed IBM’s international customer executive education program. This broad range of experience inspired Kate to study unseen team dynamics, particularly the impact of listening and speaking on team efficiency and effectiveness. This has given her a solid foundation to assist organizations that are intent on maximizing their most valuable resource, people.
